Muhammad Okedeyi is a photographer, film director, and writer based in the Washington, DC area. As the son of Nigerian immigrants, MO struggled with identifying, navigating and understanding two completely different cultures. This unique perspective deeply influences his storytelling, allowing him to create narratives that bridge cultural gaps and resonate with a diverse audience. His work captures the authenticity of human experiences, often using natural light to frame his subjects whilst drinking copious amounts of coffee.
